Is it safe to buy from you?

Our team has been supplying Canadians with fine Cannabis products for over 10 years. Our goal has always been to provide everyone with the best cannabis experience at a fair price. We source our flower from trusted Canadian Master growers and work hard to maintain a high standard with our products. To protect your privacy and order, we deliver via Canada Post Xpress post with signature on delivery. All products are packaged in smell proof and vacuum sealed bags and in discrete and generic packaging.

Who can buy from Quints?

You must be 19 or older and a Canadian resident to be eligible to purchase from Quints. There are no exceptions.

How do I place an order?

If you’re 19 or over and a citizen of Canada, visit our product page and place your order. At the checkout page enter your mailing address and submit your payment. Once your payment has been received, we will ship you order to your door.

Do you have Order Limits?

Minimum Orders are $35 and maximum orders are $300.

How much is shipping?

We charge a $10 flat rate for shipping for all orders less than $150. All orders over $150 are free.

Do you accept credit cards?

Due to the high rate of fraud that comes with credit card transactions, we prefer to only deal in cash payments using Interac e-transfers. To learn how e-transfers work, you can watch this video. Please note that Tangerine e-transfer will not be accepted as they have caused payment complications in the past.

How is my order packaged and delivered?

To protect your privacy, we deliver via Canada Post Xpress post with signature on delivery. All products are packaged in smell proof and vacuum sealed bags in discrete and generic packaging.

Help my package never arrived / went to the wrong destination!

Although rare, human error is often the cause for misplaced and misdelivered packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us and we will resolve the issue on your behalf. If your package is “unrecoverable” we will replace your order up to $420 (one time) free of charge. We do not give postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any issues or delays from Canada Post.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada. All items are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost. Normally, your package is expected to arrive in 2 – 3 business days. An additional 1-2 days may be required for rural locations.

We encounter significantly higher percentage of postal robberies when delivering to Northern Quebec, Northern Ottawa and Nunavut.  We cannot offer guaranteed delivery to these zones and you will not be eligible for a replacement if your package is lost or stolen.

Do you charge tax?

All prices listed on the website are tax inclusive. Like any small business in Canada, we are required to collect and remit sales and income tax.
